This Privacy Policy explains how ArrowWipe ("the App", "we", "our") handles your information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

The ArrowWipe app itself collects NO personal data. However, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements, which may collect:

• Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID, Android ID) — used for ad delivery and frequency capping.
• IP address — used for general location approximation and ad fraud prevention.
• Non-personal usage data — such as ad impressions and clicks, to measure ad performance.
• Device information — model, OS version, screen size, language, etc., for ad rendering and optimization.

COPPA We have configured AdMob to use non-personalized ads for users under 13, in full compliance with COPPA. No behavioral profiling is performed on children.

ArrowWipe strictly avoids collecting the following:

• No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other PII.
• No Location Data: We do not collect precise or coarse location information.
• No Payment Info: The App does not process payments and does not collect financial data.
• No Contacts or Files: We do not access your contacts, photos, or files unless explicitly required by a core feature (none do).
• No Biometric or Sensitive Data: We do not collect fingerprints, facial data, or any sensitive personal information.

ArrowWipe uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob is a third-party service that operates under its own privacy policy. We have taken steps to ensure it is used responsibly:

• COPPA-compliant: For users under 13, we request non-personalized ads and do not enable interest-based advertising.
• GDPR-ready: We respect user consent preferences in the EEA and UK. No ads are served without appropriate consent.
• Data minimization: We only use the minimum data required to show ads and measure their effectiveness.
• No data sharing: We do not share any user data with third parties beyond what AdMob requires for ad serving.

Our Privacy Policy is designed to align with major privacy frameworks:

• GDPR We respect user rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including transparency, access, and deletion requests.
• CCPA California residents have the right to know what data is collected and to opt out of data sales. Since we do not sell data, we are fully compliant.
• COPPA The App is safe for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
• Google Play Policies: We comply with Google's User Data policy by providing clear, accurate disclosures.

Even though we collect minimal data through AdMob, you have rights:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of any data we hold about you (we hold none beyond what AdMob processes).
• Right to Deletion: Request deletion of any data we have (there is none to delete).
• Right to Opt-Out: You can disable ad personalization in your device settings (Android → Google → Ads).
• Right to Withdraw Consent: In the EEA, you can withdraw consent for ad tracking at any time.
• Right to File a Complaint: You can contact your local data protection authority if you have concerns.
